Job summary

Silver Eagle Distributors Houston is seeking an On-Premise Sales Specialist to strengthen relationships with bars, restaurants, and brewery partners in the Houston area. The role promotes products, installs POS materials, and ensures optimal draft system performance to support brand presence and account goals.

The position requires flexible hours, strong communication, and basic tech skills for draft systems and Office 365 usage; a valid Texas driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of work experience, with sales/marketing or beverage focus preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote products and packages within assigned accounts.
• Conduct inventory and recommend replenishment to prevent stockouts.
• Service and maintain draft lines; perform surveys and tap counts.
• Provide technical support for draft system installations and repairs.
• Execute scheduled sales calls and maintain account visit frequency.
• Build and nurture customer relationships to drive sales and execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support account strategy and brand presence.
• Install POS materials and pricing within retailer guidelines.
