Job Description

Assist servers to ensure proper, prompt, and courteous service to all guests.

Responsibilities
  1. Knowledge of fine dining/upscale service and serving specifics.
  2. Knowledge of all food menu offerings.
  3. Strong communication skills.
  4. Set up stations and stock needed supplies.
  5. Manage ice supplies for side stations.
  6. Dust all tables, including legs.
  7. Pick up linen from laundry.
  8. Check and pick up storeroom supplies.
  9. Set tables with linen, china, silverware, and glassware.
  10. Ensure furniture and floors are clean and well-arranged.
  11. Assist servers during meal periods.
  12. Remove extra settings after service.
  13. Manage coffee makers, beverage machines, trays, dishware, silverware, and glassware.
  14. Keep the cooler organized and clean.
  15. Maintain cleanliness in the hotel interior, restaurant, and kitchen, with exposure to various temperatures and weather conditions.
  16. Handle exposure to food and beverage cleaning chemicals and food items.
