Job description

Tiger Analytics is an advanced analytics consulting firm. We are the trusted analytics partner for several Fortune 100 companies, enabling them to generate business value from data. Our consultants bring deep expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI. Our business value and leadership have been recognized by market research firms like Forrester and Gartner.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define and implement Data quality framework, standards, rules & best practices.
  2. Lead large-scale Data Quality (DQ) implementations.
  3. Implement DQ solutions and develop integration pipelines to onboard new sources.
  4. Engage with stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution presentation.
  5. Collaborate with Architects to build scalable data quality solutions and incorporate automation.
  6. Perform data analysis to identify anomalies, gaps, and inconsistencies.
  7. Analyze DQ executions and current DQ rules to recommend custom DQ rules for improved data accuracy and reliability.
  8. Leverage DQ tools like Collibra DQ and others to implement automation and quality standards.
  9. Lead and guide the implementation team in solution design and build activities.
  10. Must have hands-on experience with large DQ solutions using tools like Collibra DQ, Informatica DQ, and similar tools.
  11. Technical expertise in SQL, ETL, data governance, and data modeling.
  12. Experience with Data architecture (Data Mesh) and implementing ETL on Snowflake and Azure.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. 10+ years of experience in Data Governance or Data Management within a global CPG or similar industry.
  2. Strong understanding of data ingestion, data quality, stewardship, and data use/consumption.
  3. Ability to collaborate with business and technical experts to standardize operational information and enforce data governance policies.
  4. Experience working with SQL, Axon, PO, Invoice data, and Accounts Payable.
  5. Experience with SAP (Material and Vendor Master).
  6. Experience with Global Procurement systems like SpendHQ or Ariba MyBuy.
  7. Preferred: SAP S/4 HANA and SAP MDG experience.
  8. Preferred: Informatica (EDC, Axon, IDQ), Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into data governance solutions.
