Job summary

Dairy Queen in Salem, West Virginia is seeking an enthusiastic team member to greet fans, deliver fan-first service, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.

You will quickly and accurately prepare food following safety standards, operate grill and other equipment, stock the grill area, resolve fan concerns, and work cooperatively with teammates and management.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador of the Dairy Queen brand and be professional in every aspect of performance
• Enthusiastically greet and welcome fans to the Dairy Queen brand
• Strive to exceed fan expectations and deliver fan first service through timely and quality service
• Prepare food products quickly and accurately following health and safety standards
• Operate and maintain restaurant equipment including grill, fryer, freezer, and other cooking equipment
• Complete stocking and setup tasks for the grill area
• Calmly resolve fan concerns and follow service recovery standards
• Be a willing team player and collaborate with management and teammates
• Create and maintain a positive, safe, clean, inviting environment for fans and team members
• At all times exhibit a genuine passion for excellence
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• Be a willing team player and maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and fellow team members

• Create and maintain a positive, safe, clean, and inviting environment for fans and team members

• At all times exhibit a genuine passion for excellence

• Perform other duties as assigned by management
