Job summary

Southern California University of Health Sciences is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Program to oversee daily operations and coordinate resources for the College of Health Professions. This full-time role requires 40 hours weekly with occasional evening and weekend lab immersion support.

The position reports to the DPT Program Director and focuses on operations, budgeting, personnel, and facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in higher education administration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage operations of the DPT Program.
• Coordinate travel for program directors, core faculty, and adjuncts.
• Prepare reports for internal and external bodies, including accrediting bodies.
• Oversee equipment budget and maintenance schedules.
• Holds signatory authority for the Program Director in daily operations.
