Qualifications

• Earned academic doctorate from a regionally accredited institution.
• Experience in administration, management, leadership, fiscal management, program evaluation, assessment, and curriculum development.
• Knowledge of educational theory, instructional design, student evaluation, and outcomes assessment.
• Six+ years of full-time higher education experience, incl. CAPTE core faculty.
• Current Rhode Island physical therapy license or licensure eligible.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DPT program with strategic planning and initiative evaluation.
• Oversee curriculum development, accreditation reports, and assessment.
• Manage fiscal planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop department faculty and staff.
• Represent the program with university leadership and external bodies.
• Ensure compliance with CAPTE standards and CAPTE reporting.
