Job summary

Harrisburg University DPT program seeks a Lab Assistant to support core faculty during on-site lab experiences within a hybrid 3-year program. You will help develop and evaluate learners under educational policies and participate in annual DPT program training sessions in a hybrid format.

Responsibilities include demonstrating psychomotor skills, providing feedback, assisting with grading, and enforcing lab safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of full-time clinical experience.
• Active PA Physical Therapy license required.
• Ability to provide accurate feedback to learners.
• Ability to work cooperatively within a faculty team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate psychomotor skills to learners.
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance learning.
• Evaluate learner performance using rubrics.

• Assist in equipment training and efficient usage.
• Contribute to course coordination and curriculum evaluation.
