Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Experience in customer service or public service is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process emergency 911 calls.
• Dispatch appropriate units and maintain communication.
• Monitor conduct in holding cells and alert officers when necessary.
