Qualifications

• 2 years of proven experience operating a dozer in heavy civil or roadway construction.
• Knowledge of GPS or grade-control systems is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and grades.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a dozer to move earth, rock, and other materials on construction sites.
• Cut, grade, and level surfaces according to project plans and specifications
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety inspections
• Work closely with site supervisors, foremen, and other equipment operators
• Follow all safety guidelines and ensure work is performed efficiently and accurately
