Southeastern Site Development, Inc. is hiring experienced Dozer Operators for rough grade and finish grade work across the Coastal Georgia region. You will operate dozers, read grade stakes, and work with GPS to attain design elevations on varied sites including roadbeds, pads, and drainage features.

We value safety, reliability, and the ability to meet production goals in fast-paced projects. Candidates should have 1+ year of on-site heavy equipment experience and be able to lift 50+ lbs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating dozer.
• Knowledge of grading, excavation, and earthmoving.
• Ability to read grade stakes or site layouts.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Minimum of 1 year on-site heavy equipment experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct rough grade operations: clearing, stripping, excavation, mass earthmoving.
• Execute cut/fill per plans and grade stakes; build roadbeds and drainage.
• Finish grade: precision grading with GPS and designs.
• Coordinate with survey crews and supervision for grade accuracy.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and maintain safety.
