1. Equipment Operation: Operate dozers equipped with GPS or finish dozers with precision, adhering to project plans and specifications for accurate grading and leveling.
2. Safety Compliance: Strictly follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and your team.
3. Routine Maintenance: Perform routine equipment maintenance, including inspections, lubrication, and promptly reporting any equipment issues to the maintenance department.
4. Precision Grading: Ensure accurate grading and leveling in line with project requirements, blueprints, and design specifications.
5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and fellow team members to coordinate grading activities and meet project goals effectively.
6. Clear Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with team members and supervisors, reporting progress, challenges, and equipment issues as necessary.
7. Problem-solving: Identify and address any operational challenges or issues that arise during grading work.
8. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation, including daily equipment inspection reports and work logs.
9. Other duties: May be assigned as needed to support project requirements.

Requirements
