Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of comprehensive massage therapy required; previous spa experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and coworkers.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and coworkers.
• Entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in a commission environment.
• Proof of all required licensing by the state.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide a thorough consultation of individual needs.
• Provide professional massage services such as deep tissue, Swedish, hot stone, sports and pre-natal.
• Provide extra services, including foot soaks and refreshments.
• Suggest retail products to clients.
• Build lasting relationships with clients by contacting them to follow up on services, suggest new products and services, and invite them to upcoming events.
• Consistently seek new product knowledge to drive sales and service.
