Ian's Pizza in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Supervisor to lead the crew on busy shifts, serve customers, support the kitchen, and ensure top-notch food and service. The role includes staffing, shift checklists, tip payout management, and training new teammates.

You will help implement programs, keep the restaurant clean and stocked, and enjoy a fast-paced, collaborative environment with great tips and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• 6+ months experience in a Supervisor role in the food/beverage industry.
• Solid understanding of all restaurant departments.
• Ability to stand and be on your feet for long periods.
• Lift up to 30lbs regularly and up to 50lbs on occasion.
• Able to work with common allergens (gluten, dairy, eggs).
• Comfortable using ovens, knives and other kitchen equipment.
• Able to work in varying temperatures and loud environments.
• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

$18-$20/hour to help lead at our legendary pizza joint! Ian's Pizza is a local shop serving up funky, handcrafted pies, and we're looking for great people to join the crew.

About the Supervisor Position

The \"big cheese\" on shift! You'll lead the team and keep things running smoothly from start to finish. You'll serve customers, support the kitchen, dispatch delivery drivers, and make sure we're delivering high standards for both food and service. You'll assign staffing, oversee shift checklists, manage tip payouts, and jump in wherever you're needed to keep the shift on track.

You'll also help train new team members, roll out new programs, policies, and products, and keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and ready to roll.

Supervisor Scheduling

We're open Friday-Saturday 11am-2am and Sunday-Thursday 11am-10pm. Some general shift times include, but are not limited to: lunch (9/10am-4/5pm), weekday dinner (5pm-12am), weekend dinner (4/5-10pm), and weekend late night (5/10pm-4am).

Ideal candidates will be available for weekday dinners and any weekend shifts. One weekend late night shift (5/10pm-4am) per week is required.

Part-time or full-time hours are available.
