• Minimum Guaranteed Wage of $20/hour, average between $20-$30/hour. At the end of the pay period, if your base wage ($7.75/hour + $2/hour additional for any time after 10pm), reimbursements per run (currently $1.21), and tips have not averaged to at least $20/hour, we will pay the rest. You certainly can make more than that! A driver typically averages $20-$30/hour. Tips are paid at the end of each shift, and all other wages are paid on your paycheck (biweekly).

Delivery Driver Expectations

Get ready to hit the road as a pizza hero! Your mission: deliver deliciousness all around town! You'll pack up orders like a pro, load them into your delivery mobile, and zip around town. You'll also take phone and online orders and enter them into the system. When it's not delivery time, you'll be our cleaning and stocking champ, keeping everything sparkling and neat. And the tips... they'll have you swimming in the dough!

• Be able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Be able to bend, crouch, and lift 20-50 lbs.
• Be able to use ovens, pizza cutters, and other related equipment.
• English language proficiency is required for this position.
• Must pass the driver eligibility check and have a valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Must be 18+ to apply. If you are 16 or 17 years old, you can apply for the Front of House at our Garver location. All other positions/locations require you to be 18+ years of age.

Delivery Driver Availability

Ian's at 100 State St is currently open Sunday-Tuesday 11am-10pm, Wednesday-Thursday 11am-2am, Friday-Saturday 11am-2:30am. Opening delivery driver shifts typically start about 1-2 hours before opening, and closing shifts typically end about 1-2 hours after closing.

Our restaurants are busiest on evenings and weekends, so availability for these shifts is strongly preferred. If you are looking for full-time hours, your availability should be mostly open and flexible.

Part-time (anywhere in the 15-30 hours a week range) or full-time (30-40 hours a week) is available. We'll try our hardest to give you the hours and shifts you want, but we can't promise the same schedule every week. For full-timers though, we'll make sure you average 30-40 hours each week to ensure your health and dental benefits eligibility.
