Job summary

AKAM, a property management and owner’s representative services firm, seeks an On-Site Project Manager for a 36-month assignment in a Downtown NYC residential building. You will maintain field visibility, document progress, coordinate apartment access, and support resident communications while coordinating with the PMG Director andArchitect/Engineer.

• Document resident communication and escalate issues to PMG project lead.
