Premier Law Firm in Downtown Houston seeks an experienced Probate Litigation Legal Secretary to support a busy team. You will draft, file, and manage probate documents, coordinate calendars, and handle client communications with meticulous attention to detail.

This onsite role offers strong benefits including firm-paid health premiums, a 401(k) with firm contributions, and four weeks of PTO. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in probate secretarial work and a solid grasp of Texas filing procedures.

Competenze

• 5+ years of legal secretary experience
• Recent probate legal secretary experience required
• Strong knowledge of Texas probate filing procedures
• Experience supporting probate and estate planning attorneys
• State and federal court filing experience
• Excellent proofreading, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a busy legal environment

Mansioni

• Draft, edit, proofread, and file legal documents
• E-file in Texas state and federal courts
• Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and scheduling
• Coordinate meetings and client communications
• Open new matters and perform conflict checks
• Maintain electronic and physical case files
• Enter attorney time and assist with billing support
• Transcribe dictation and support daily litigation activities
• Provide high-level administrative support to multiple attorneys
