Job summary
The DoubleTree by Hilton Nashville Downtown is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our hotel operations. Based in downtown Nashville, you will work with the engineering team to maintain the building and guest rooms, ensuring reliability and safety.

Qualifications
- High school diploma required; trade certification a plus.
- One year of hotel maintenance experience preferred; at least one year required.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety and chemical standards.
Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to guest concerns and requests.
- Conduct preventive maintenance in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Support installation, repair, and upkeep of hotel facilities.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Document all maintenance activities meticulously.
