Responsibilities

• Lead planning, governance, and execution of business releases in a large-scale digital transformation program.
• Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders, operations, project teams, and IT organizations.
• Ensure release scope, priorities, schedules, and deployment activities align with business objectives.
• Drive release readiness and facilitate cross-functional decision-making.
• Manage risks and dependencies associated with releases.
• Oversee operational readiness and support deployment activities to minimize disruption.
• Coordinate with various Downstream business organizations to ensure successful execution.
• Promote and enable successful business adoption and realization of business benefits.
• Manage business scope and prioritization, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee stakeholder engagement and maintain effective governance.
• Nice to have: Technical hands-on skills, Oil & Gas industry experience, and SAP experience.
