Job summary

As an intern, you will apply classroom knowledge, collaborate with sales teams and surgeons, develop campaigns, and gather insights to validate commercial models using our Big Picture Marketing framework.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and must remain enrolled after the internship.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (preferred).
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future (no sponsorship required).
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to collaborate and build relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; eager to learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support downstream marketing initiatives connecting our products, customers, and markets.
• Contribute to campaign development, messaging, and positioning.
• Gain field experience alongside sales members and surgeons.
• Gather customer insights to validate campaigns and commercial models using Stryker’s Big Picture Marketing framework.
