Job summary

Schreiber Foods in Beloit, WI is seeking a Manufacturing & Operations professional for a Machine Operations role on a 6am-6:30pm 2-2-3 rotation. You will operate and clean downline packaging equipment and ensure GMP compliance.

You will maintain documentation, support safety programs, and assist with labeling and product changes. The role requires ability to lift 50+ pounds, and a willingness to work overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must follow directions and work with minimal supervision.
• Must read and write charts in English and communicate clearly.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work overtime/weekends.
• Demonstrates reliability and quality mindset.
• Must pass required Wonderlic test.

Responsibilities

• Operate and clean downline packaging equipment (Conveyors, Labelers, Drop Packer, Taper, Palletizer, Case Erector).
• Comply with GMP and Safe Food Handling policies.
• Perform cleaning and CIP as per sanitation plan.
• Coordinate label and product changes on downstream equipment.
• Report safety/maintenance issues via supervisor or work orders.
• Participate in safety program and adhere to policies.
• Complete job-related training on schedule.
• Maintain productivity and budgeted efficiency.
• Operate material handling equipment safely.
• Document and recordkeeping in RedZone.
• Assist palletizing and keep work area clean and safe.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
