Job Overview
Work Shift: 6:00AM–6:30PM on a 2‑2‑3 rotation.
Responsibilities
- Operate and clean downline packaging equipment, including conveyors, labelers, drop packer, taper, palletizer, and case erector.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and safe food‑handling policies.
- Perform cleaning and CIP functions on downstream equipment and surrounding area as directed by the master sanitation plan.
- Coordinate label and product changes on downstream equipment.
- Report safety or maintenance issues to supervisor or through work‑order requests.
- Participate actively in the safety program.
- Abide by internal policies such as GMP, attendance, and productivity requirements.
- Complete job‑related training within the allotted timeframe.
- Maintain high productivity while complying with position requirements.
- Operate material‑handling equipment safely.
- Document and keep accurate records in RedZone.
- Run equipment at budgeted efficiency and assist with palletizing product for warehouse.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Follow directions and work independently with limited supervision.
- Maintain accurate documentation with high attention to detail.
- Apply a quality mindset and mechanical aptitude.
- Communicate effectively in English, read and write charts, and converse verbally and in writing.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting 50+lb.
- Adapt to a flexible work schedule, including overtime and weekends.
- Dependable and trustworthy.

- High school diploma (preferred). Equivalent experience may be considered.
