Schreiber Foods in Beloit, WI, is seeking a Manufacturing & Operations Machine Operator to operate and clean essential downline packaging equipment, ensuring GMP compliance and safe handling. The role includes coordinating label changes, maintaining documentation in RedZone, and supporting a 6am–6:30pm 2-2-3 schedule (C Crew).

You will contribute to productivity, participate in safety programs, and perform required training while thriving in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and clean downline packaging equipment (conveyors, labelers, drop packer, taper, palletizer, case erector).
• Adhere to GMP and Safe Food Handling policies.
• Perform CIP on downstream equipment and area per sanitation plan.
• Coordinate label and product changes on downstream equipment.
• Report safety or maintenance issues; file work orders.
• Participate actively in the safety program.
• Follow internal policies (GMP, attendance, productivity).
• Complete job-related training within time frame.
• Maintain productivity and meet position requirements.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Document and recordkeeping in RedZone.
• Operate at budgeted efficiency.
• Palletize product for warehouse transfer.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Description

• Operation and cleaning of the downline packaging equipment. This includes but is not limited to the Conveyors, Labelers, Drop Packer, Taper, Palletizer, and Case Erector
• Compliance with all GMP and Safe Food Handling Policies
• Cleaning and CIP functions on the downstream equipment and surrounding area as dictated by the master sanitation plan
• Coordination of label and product changes on the downstream equipment
• Reporting any safety or maintenance issues to your immediate supervisor or by filling out work order requests
• Active participation in the safety program
• Abides by all internal policies. This includes GMP, attendance, productivity, etc.
• Completes any job-related training in the time frame allotted
• Maintains a high level of productivity in complying with the position requirements
• Safe Operation of the Material Handling Equipment
• Accurate Documentation and Recordkeeping in RedZone
• Equipment runs at Budgeted efficiency
• Helps palletize product to be taken to warehouse
• Maintaining a Clean and Safe Work area
• Other duties at the discretion of Management/Supervisor
