Job summary

HULK seeks a Field Service Technician to deliver on-site service and support for Downhole products at customer well sites. You will install, repair, and maintain equipment, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction while documenting activities in digital applications.

The role requires ESP/spooling experience with strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to travel as needed in the Williston area. A valid driver''s license and pre-employment drug testing are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of prior experience in ESP, spooling, CT, workover/completions, or production rig operations.
• 3+ years of ESP or spooling experience preferred. Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on world-class value to customers.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and strong ability to problem-solve and organize tasks.
• Basic computer and writing skills are required.
• Must possess a valid, active state-issued driver''s license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain HULK Downhole products at customer well sites, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety regulations.
• Manage prompt and efficient response and resolution to customer service issues within the assigned area of operations.
• Confirm proper installation of HULK tools and equipment on customer locations.
• Complete and maintain detailed paperwork for each customer well site, documenting all on-site activities and equipment utilized in a timely manner through our digital applications.
• Maintain clear communication with the site leader and advise customers on product and product installation issues.
• Collaborate with the company''s operations and leadership teams, providing insights and recommendations on safety practices and compliance related to installation procedures and well operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested by management.
