Power Home Remodeling is a national company that actively recruits transitioning service members through the DoW SkillBridge program. The 2-4 month program provides exposure to Revenue, Operations, and Craftsman Academy, supported by a dedicated Pathways team and leaders across the business.

A sign-on bonus accompanies the commitment and contributions during the program. In partnership with DoW, the goal is to bring SkillBridge participants on full-time after the program concludes.

Qualifications

• Transitioning service members encouraged to apply.
• 2-4 month SkillBridge program across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Revenue, Operations, and Craftsman Academy to gain cross-department exposure.
• Support onboarding and integration with dedicated Pathways team and business leaders.
