Power Home Remodeling Group offers a DoD SkillBridge program designed for active and transitioning service members. The 2-4 month program provides exposure to Revenue, Operations and Craftsman Academy departments with a dedicated Pathways team guiding you through the experience.

In partnership with DoW, the company aims to bring participants on full-time after the program and offers a sign-on bonus for commitment. Locations include Dallas, TX and other nationwide sites.

Qualifications

• Participating in the DoW SkillBridge program (2–4 months).
• Exposure to multiple departments (Revenue, Operations, Craftsman Academy).
• Support from Pathways team throughout the program.

Responsibilities

• Engage in client-facing activities in Revenue and Sales.
• Coordinate with Operations for project execution and installation basics.
• Collaborate with Craftsman Academy to learn installation leadership.
