Job summary

Pinkbox Doughnuts is hiring a Doughnut Dealer to greet guests, help them pick flavors, ring up orders, and keep the shop looking fresh and fabulous. You’ll jump in where needed as part of a collaborative team.

We seek candidates with 1+ year in customer service or food service, a Food Handler’s Card, and a willingness to learn doughnut decorating. This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment with weekend shifts and friendly, welcoming teammates.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or food service experience preferred.
• A positive attitude and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and help with doughnut decorating.
• Must have a Food Handler’s Card.
• Must be legally authorized to work per State and Federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with good vibes and big energy when they walk in.
• Help guests choose flavors and recommend combos.
• Know our doughnuts inside and out — flavors, ingredients, and what’s hot today.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and confidently.
• Maintain a balanced drawer and follow all cash-handling procedures.
• Keep the work area clean, sanitized, and ready for action.
• Maintain dining room, restrooms, and guest areas during your shift.
• Assist with daily operations and any additional tasks assigned by management.
• Assist with doughnut decorating when the front is slow.
