Job summary

Pinkbox Doughnuts is looking for a Doughnut Dealer to greet guests, help them pick flavors, and ring up orders with a fun, high-energy attitude. You’ll keep the shop clean and assist with decorating during slower periods, contributing to a fast-paced, upbeat environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service, a Food Handler’s Card, and are legally allowed to work in the U.S. The role requires teamwork and flexibility, including weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or food service experience preferred.
• A positive attitude and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and help with doughnut decorating.
• Must have a Food Handler’s Card.
• Must be legally authorized to work per State and Federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with good vibes and energy as soon as they walk in.
• Help guests choose flavors and recommend combos (upsell).Know our doughnuts inside and out—flavors and ingredients.
• Handle cash + card transactions accurately and confidently; maintain drawer balance.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, restrooms, and guest areas during your shift.
• Assist with doughnut decorating when the front is slow.
• Support daily operations with tasks assigned by management.
