Job summary

Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation is seeking a Doughnut Decorator for a seasonal role at our Austin-area shop. You will decorate and pack doughnuts, monitor inventory, and help maintain a welcoming store environment for customers.

You'll ensure doughnut quality, manage fillings, icing and toppings, and stay informed on current promotions. The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and a friendly customer experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in the food industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or over.
• Ability to understand weights and measurements.
• Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where our peeps are empowered to showcase their originality.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality of our doughnuts meet the Krispy Kreme standards.
• This includes our filling, icing, and toppings.
• Monitor our doughnut case during your shift to ensure we have all varieties available to our customers.
• Maintain knowledge of products and current promotions
• Responsible for the overall appearance and cleanliness of the decorating area.
