Job summary

Domino’s Washington site is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee dough production and sanitation. Lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring food safety and adherence to GMPs.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8am–5pm) with a compensation range of $105,000–$115,000 per year plus a 15% team achievement bonus. Responsibilities include setting goals, managing daily reports, training for dough production, and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree emphasizing distribution, manufacturing, and warehouse; some college plus equivalent work experience may be accepted.
• 3-5 years of production, manufacturing, or retail experience; knowledge of bakery procedures or food safety programs is beneficial.
• AIB or HACCP knowledge or certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop and lead team members in meeting goals and objectives.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and follow-through skills.
• Willingness to support a 24-hour operation and be on call; travel by air as needed.
• Must pass a background check every three years on anniversary date.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production team members engaged in pizza dough production.
• Develop production/operational goals based on customer needs and investigate issues from metrics.
• Complete daily production reports including labor, overtime, and throughput and manage weekly schedule.
• Ensure GMPs are followed and team wears PPE while handling products.
• Provide training on dough production, proofing, temperature checks, dough weights, test bakes, and maintaining a dough library.
• Interface with vendors and report operational data.
• Maintain a safe work environment compliant with OSHA and company standards.
• Maintain dough formula standardization and adjust as instructed by QC.
• Order production supplies and monitor ingredients and sanitation materials.
• Troubleshoot dough issues and visit stores to check product quality.
• Maintain cost controls and prepare the budget for the Director.
