Job summary

King's Hawaiian is seeking a Dough Trough Operator to safely maneuver heavy dough troughs, operate the dough hoist, and support makeup line equipment to ensure steady production. You will perform SPC checks, maintain sanitation, and collaborate with team members to meet daily targets in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, at least 1 year in food manufacturing, and familiarity with GMP/SQF standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in food manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial production environment.
• GMP or SQF-certified facility experience preferred; dough or bulk material handling exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely maneuver and position heavy dough troughs on the makeup line.
• Operate electric dough hoist and transfer dough to downstream equipment with proper sanitation.
• Conduct SPC checks for dough weight, temperature, and consistency per SQF and internal standards.
• Assist with makeup line equipment operation to maintain product throughput.
• Ensure proper labeling and segregation to prevent cross-contamination.
