Qualifications

• Changeover experience and ability to read blueprints/schematics.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines and calibrate/clean to start a production cycle.
• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed).
• Feed raw material to semi-automated machines.
• Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools.
• Test operation of machines periodically.
• Fix issues that occur during the shift.
• Check output for machine-related mistakes or defects.
• Keep records of approved and defective units and logs.
