Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Dough Lead for the Ogden Plant on the day shift (6:30 am–3:00 pm, Monday–Friday with some Saturdays). The Production Lead will oversee packing line staff, ensure efficient production flow, proper packaging, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

You will manage staffing, train new employees, coach performance, maintain GMPs, and keep a clean, safe production area while ensuring food safety and quality requirements are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a food manufacturing or similar production environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills; ability to train staff.
• Familiarity with GMPs and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing levels, assign workstations, and train new employees.
• Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and recognize strong performance.
• Ensure team members follow GMPs, safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary production environment.
• Maintain compliance with food safety and quality standards.
