Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Dough Lead at the Ogden Plant for the swing shift. The role focuses on supervising packing line staff, maintaining efficient production flow, and ensuring adherence to GMPs and safety standards.

You will manage staffing, monitor performance, and train new employees, while upholding food safety and quality requirements in a fast-paced dairy or bakery production environment. This full-time position operates on 2:30 pm–11:00 pm, Monday through Friday with some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in food manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee packing line employees and ensure smooth production flow.
• Coach staff on performance and safety procedures.
• Enforce GMPs, safety, and quality standards on the line.
• Maintain a clean, safe, sanitary production area.
