Homes Brewery LLC in Ann Arbor is seeking a full-time Dough & Production Cook to build the foundation of our Roman-style pizza program. The role focuses on dough production, fermentation, and precise execution to set up the kitchen for service.

You’ll work daytime hours, enjoy a process-driven environment, and contribute to a growing concept with room to grow as the program expands. Prior bread and dough experience is preferred, with a strong eye for detail and teamwork.

Qualificações

• One year of experience with bread, pizza dough, baking, or fermentation.
• Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of food safety.
• Strong organizational skills to manage production schedules and prep lists.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.

Responsabilidades

• Execute Roman-style pizza prep with precision from dough to finish.
• Support fermentation, prep, and service workflows for consistency and speed.
• Own your station from setup through service and breakdown.
• Maintain a clean, organized mise en place at all times.
