Job summary

The role requires attention to product safety, quality, and efficient workflow on the production line. With one or more years of production experience and basic mixer knowledge, you will read and record process data, monitor temperatures, and help maintain a clean, compliant work area.

Qualifications

• One or more years of production experience and basic knowledge of mixer procedures.
• No educational prerequisite; ability to read, comprehend and record necessary information.

Responsibilities

• Helps ensure consistency on all doughs by proper scaling and time and temperature control according to production standards.
• Helps maintains schedule by mixing dough efficiency and to dividers on time in order to maintain production flow.
• Maintains record of temperature of dough mixing, times and other required data.
• Programs dough batches into computer.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area.
• Practices and complies with all Company policies and procedures including safety and work rules etc.
• Assists moving dough trough from mixer to dough chutes or moves dough to winching device for transport to dough trough.
• Assists in loading mixer with flour, yeast, etc.
• Performs other duties as directed by supervision
