Responsibilities

• Set-up appropriate die in the depositor and operate safely and efficiently.
• Make adjustments to depositor machine.
• Cut sections from mother dough and deposit into feed hopper.
• Roll empty dough table to mixer to receive new batch of dough.
• Read shop report, follow procedures, and document information for production records.
• Tends depositor machine at all times.
• Report any food safety or quality problems to appropriate personnel.
• Follow all food safety and GMP/GDP requirements and OSHA safety rules.
• Other duties as assigned.
