Job summary

Ian's Pizza is hiring a part-time Dough and Cheese Prep Cook in Milwaukee to start immediately. You'll measure, mix, and prepare dough and shred cheese, with duties that include loading dough into our van for deliveries between Story Hill and Downtown locations.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable around allergens (gluten, dairy, eggs).

Responsibilities

• Measure, mix, weigh, and prepare dough using a mixer and rounder.
• Shred and prepare cheese and keep prep area clean and stocked.
• Transport dough using company van to Ian's Pizza Downtown and return empty trays.
• Follow safety and allergen precautions; tolerate temperatures.
