We’re seeking a dedicated and reliable Charge Nurse - LVN or RN to join our growing team! This role requires trustworthiness, consistency in attendance, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. A professional and cooperative demeanor is essential to collaborate with others and provide exceptional care to residents.

Your Impact as a Double Weekends Charge Nurse - LVN or RN

In This Role, You Will

1. Direct Care Teams: Provide guidance to Nurse Aides to ensure appropriate care for residents.
2. Administer Medications: Properly and safely administer resident medications as prescribed.
3. Implement Care Plans: Execute resident care plans in compliance with company policies, federal guidelines, and physician orders.
4. Perform Treatments: Deliver treatments as required to ensure resident health and comfort.
5. Transcribe Orders: Accurately and promptly transcribe physician orders.
6. Document Resident Care: Maintain timely and accurate documentation in resident charts and complete required nursing assessments.
7. Collaborate During Shift Reports: Participate in shift reports to ensure seamless communication and care continuity.
8. Educate Support Staff: Implement nursing policies and procedures, educating staff on the care needs of residents.
9. Maintain Safety Standards: Promote a safe working environment by complying with infection control and body mechanic procedures.
10. Address Staffing Needs: Respond to staffing shortages by arranging for replacement staff as necessary.
