As a Charge Nurse at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of warmth and caring.

• Deliver high-quality patient care to a diverse range of residents, including those recovering from surgery, injury, or illness

• Work collaboratively with the rehabilitation/nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring optimal outcomes and improved quality of life

• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
