Job summary

Rh Wine Vault in Hickory, NC is seeking a Double Needle Sewer to sew fabric and leather upholstery with a double needle machine, following production tickets and notes to achieve the requested look. You will operate sewing machines, read specs, and maintain quality standards while collaborating with team members.

The role requires at least 1 year of upholstery experience, ability to multitask, read production tickets and communicate effectively.

• Learns Preventive Maintenance for all sewing machines and maintains their own machines.
• Performs other duties as required for RHM to be successful, including outside of their regular work area.

PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS

• Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
• Ability to consistently lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 50 pounds, while utilizing appropriate equipment and adhering to safety guidelines
