Job summary

Elective Staffing is seeking a warehouse associate at our Byhalia, MS location. You will operate Double-Deep Reach Trucks, Dock Stockers, and Walkie Riders to move goods, replenish stock, and stage outbound pallets. RF scanners and a strict safety mindset will be essential as you maintain inventory integrity and support ongoing operations.

The role requires 2+ years with the three equipment types, a warehouse background, and reliable attendance. Forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Double-Deep Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, and Walkie Rider.
• Background in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• RF scanners familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate Double-Deep Reach Trucks, Dock Stockers, and Walkie Riders safely and confidently.
• Pick, put away, replenish, and transfer inventory across the warehouse.
• Load and unload trailers while upholding inventory integrity.

A day in your life at Elective StaffingYou arrive at our Byhalia, MS distribution facility, run through a quick equipment inspection, and climb into a Double-Deep Reach Truck. Throughout the shift, you navigate double-deep rack locations with precision, use RF scanners tied to our WMS, and keep inventory flowing—loading trailers, putting product away, replenishing fast-movers, and staging outbound pallets.
