Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Tech Consultant 2 in Lisle, IL to drive software design, coding, and testing across the SDLC. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; may substitute 3 years of progressive experience for each year of education.
• Experience in end-to-end SDLC from requirements to implementation.
• Hands-on coding and design experience with .NET and Azure cloud services.
• Knowledge of MS SQL, RDBMS, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Experience with cloud-hosted apps, Azure, and cloud-native modernization.
• Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, observability, and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements and guide technical design decisions.
• Participate in software design discussions and document decisions.
• Code and integrate new features while maintaining stability.
• Conduct code reviews and manage code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate fixes.
• Develop user training, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and suggest preventive measures for reliability.
• Maintain records of code, tests, and support activities.
