Job summary

Accion Labs is seeking an experienced Dot Net L3 Application Support Engineer for a 12-month contract in Irvine, CA. You will lead L3 production support, own deployments and releases, and troubleshoot complex production issues for enterprise applications.

The role requires strong C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, and REST API skills, plus experience with CI/CD and release management. Hybrid work with three days on-site in Irvine.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core/ASP.NET Core.
• Experience in production support and L3 support.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps/Jira.
• Strong release management and deployment experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 production support and drive incidents/issues to closure.
• Develop code fixes and enhancements using C# and .NET Core.
• Own bi-weekly releases, deployments, hotfixes, and go-live activities.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve production defects.
• Work closely with Product, QA, Release Management, and offshore teams.
• Take full ownership of assigned sprint stories through deployment.

Primary Skills : C# / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core , Production Support / L3 Support , Release & Deployment Management ,SQL Server ,Microservices & REST APIs.

Seeking a hands-on Senior Technical Specialist with strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, and enterprise application support. The ideal candidate will lead L3 production support, own deployments and releases, troubleshoot complex production issues, and develop code fixes for business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3 production support and drive incidents/issues to closure.
• Develop code fixes and enhancements using C# and .NET Core.
