Job Purpose

Responsible for delivering materials and managing warehouse and pipe yard operations, including pulling stock to fill customer orders, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and warehouse/yard maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver materials to customers on time, providing excellent customer service.
  • Unload materials, tools, and equipment from vendor trucks; inspect for quality standards.
  • Assist in inventory audits to maintain site inventory accuracy.
  • Stock and transfer materials, tools, and equipment appropriately.
  • Mark materials with correct identifying information.
  • Transfer materials for modification purposes.
  • Assemble and package customer orders as per requirements.
  • Pull orders for delivery, load onto trucks, or transfer using forklifts and heavy equipment.
  • Prepare shipment documentation for UPS, LTL, SH, or Air shipments.
  • Update inventory information in the SIMS system.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness following OSHA and company safety policies.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card upon hire.
  • Ability to learn company policies, safety regulations, and operational processes.
  • Basic computer skills, math, and reading skills.
Additional Qualifications
  • Legal work documentation.
  • Proficiency in English for communication and safety instructions.
  • Ability to adhere to company guidelines and ethics.
