Qualifications

• 2 years distribution/transportation experience in high volume, route delivery operation preferred.
• Valid Driver License required.

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize and process driver daily paperwork.
• Answer phones, route calls, and take messages.
• Research discrepancies reported by drivers.
• Respond to delivery associate issues and provide support.
• Create and maintain Driver Qualification files as needed.
• Monitor and review all driver logs and violations.
• Run daily reports for transportation supervisors.
• Daily monitoring of Drive Cam Events for coaching.
