Responsibilities:

1. Perform product deliveries along assigned routes to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Inspect vehicle equipment and supplies, requesting repairs as needed.
3. Assemble orders for timely delivery, ensuring accuracy and proper storage at each stop.
4. Maintain accurate delivery records and report issues immediately to the Transportation Supervisor.
5. Follow GPS directions and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
6. Adhere to BEK transportation policies, safety guidelines, and DOT regulations.
7. Ensure professional appearance and conduct, completing administrative tasks accurately.
8. Review customer invoices, report mechanical issues, and maintain vehicle logs.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of DOT and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• At least 1 year of route driving experience.
• DOT certification and valid State Class A CDL license.
• Ability to understand regulatory guidelines and perform repetitive lifting of 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication, math, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and detail-oriented.
• High school diploma or GED.

Driver safety is a priority at Ben E. Keith. We utilize dash cameras with AI to monitor safe driving, capture safety events, and exonerate drivers in accidents. All drivers sign a consent form upon hire.
