Job summary

The PRN position in Augusta, GA is for a Clinical Dosimetrist who will perform treatment planning and dose calculations, ensuring accuracy of patient plans and chart documentation. You will collaborate with CT/Simulation Therapists to immobilize and confidently set up patients for treatment, and you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Science.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Science field from an accredited college or university.
• Certified Medical Dosimetrist or Board eligible; Master's Degree in Dosimetry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Treatment Planning and patient dose calculation activities.
• Responsible for ensuring the transfer and accuracy of patient treatment plans and documentation into the electronic chart.
• Work with CT/Simulation Therapist to properly immobilize and set up patients in treatment.
