Job Description - DOSIMETRIST (FT; 40hrs/wk) - Temple University Hospital (252795)

Position Overview

The medical dosimetrist is a member of the radiation oncology team responsible for generating radiation dose distributions and calculations. They collaborate with medical physicists and radiation oncologists and possess knowledge of radiation treatment machines, equipment, and procedures, including brachytherapy.

Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required). Relevant experience may substitute for education.
  2. Experience: 1 year in Medical Dosimetry (Preferred).
  3. Licenses/Certifications: MDCB - Certified Medical Dosimetrist (Required); RT(T) - Registered Technologist (Preferred).
