Corewell Health in Lenox Township (Grosse Pointe Hosp outpatient site) is seeking a Certified Medical Dosimetrist to join the radiation oncology team. You will generate dose distributions and perform dose calculations in collaboration with the medical physicist and radiation oncologist.
The role requires CMD, 2+ years dosimetry experience, and an unrestricted license; RTT is desirable. This part-time position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development.
The Dosimetrist Certified is a member of the radiation oncology team who has knowledge of the overall characteristics and clinical relevance of radiation oncology treatment machines and equipment, is cognizant of procedures commonly used in brachytherapy and external beam radiation therapy treatments and has the education and expertise necessary to generate radiation dose distribution and dose calculations in collaboration with the medical physicist and radiation oncologist.
