Position Summary: Provides the Radiation Oncology Department with treatment planning services for cases of simple to intermediate complexity and with supervision creates and assists in the creation of treatment plans for cases of advanced complexity or utilizing advanced modalities. Participates in quality assurance programs, radiation safety, and training.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in medical dosimetry or related field (Associate’s Degree or Technical Diploma in Radiation Therapy if received prior to 2017) or in the final 6 months of clinical rotations of a dosimetry program.
Preferred:
Active member of the American Association of Medical Dosimetrists (AAMD)
